* What You Will Do:

*** Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
* Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement.
* Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite.
* Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
* Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
* Perform requirements analysis and document results.
* Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
* Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
* Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
* Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables.
* Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines.
* Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

* What You Will Need:

*** Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a DoD security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" clearance are preferred
* Bachelor's degree
* FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience in software design, development, quality testing, and/or information technology
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Eight (8) years of professional experience encompassing software design, development, and test & evaluation.
* Hands-on experience in database development, web page design, and computer-based training development.
* Proficiency in utilizing .NET tools and the .NET Integrated Development Environment, including ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000, and HTML editor tools.
* Demonstrated ability to apply programming concepts in both professional and academic settings.
* Significant experience implementing modern software development methodologies.
