The Digital Workforce Manager leads the Digital Workforce Team and is accountable for driving the cross‑functional adoption of the organization's digital productivity and automation tools. This role provides strategic leadership, coordinates efforts across departments, and develops organizational adoption strategies for technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and other AI‑ and automation‑enabling platforms. The manager cultivates a vision for an empowered digital workforce, fosters knowledge collaboration with the IS Education team, and ensures that platforms are adopted securely and sustainably.
Education- Required:
Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Preferred:
Master's in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Required:
5 years experience in Digital Transformation. - Preferred: 8 years leadership of cross‑functional technology adoption programs in healthcare.
- Define the Digital Workforce strategy, create and execute a 30‑60‑90 day implementation plan, and oversee a long‑term roadmap for technology adaptation.
- Partner with IS Operations, Enterprise Applications, data/analytics, compliance, and HR Leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and capture stakeholder requirements.
- Develop communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics; lead change management initiatives that encourage the use of Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital productivity tools.
- Collaborate with M365 Platform Administrators and AI Solutions Engineers to ensure that digital solutions adhere to governance policies (e.g., licensing, data security, ethical AI guidelines); lead periodic compliance reviews and implement governance automation efforts.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Digital Enablement Engineers, AI Solutions Engineers, and Digital Workforce Analysts; create development plans based on required skills (e.g., RPA methodology, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement).
- Act as the primary liaison between the Digital Workforce team and operational leaders; conduct regular stakeholder updates and incorporate feedback into program planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
