Onsite Support Engineer

Job Description

Provide onsite and deskside support to end users, managing device troubleshooting and maintaining ITSM systems.

• Build, configure, and troubleshoot installation images, applications, and hardware components on customer PCs and laptops.
• Provide support for meeting room setups and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot and support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Support mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, and Android phones.
• Perform end user data backup and restoration during service incidents.
• Replace defective data center components (e.g., swapping modules, reconnecting patch cables) as instructed by OEM Tech Support.
• Demonstrate experience working with ITSM ticketing tools such as Service Now (SNOW).
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and legacy hardware platforms, with experience in building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting PC/laptop components.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/Intune.

• Good knowledge about laptop/desktop device management and troubleshooting for operating systems.
• Troubleshooting audio/video devices in meeting rooms.
• Management and troubleshooting for conference room devices.
• Basic knowledge of network.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
