Tier 1 Support
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT‑related problems. Provide phone and online support to users, perform troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues. Follow escalation protocols as necessary.
Non‑Negotiables- Completed and valid Security+CE+ certification
- At‑least a Secret Clearance
- 1‑4 years of IT experience
- Openness and willingness to support an inbound service desk/call center operation
- Experience with ITSM (ticketing system)
Serve as the initial point of contact for IT‑related problems. Provide phone and online support to users. Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues. Follow escalation protocols as necessary.
Health and Status MonitoringMonitor the health and status of the networks. Document and communicate outage information to co‑workers and customers.
Ticket ManagementExecute scripts; open and close tickets; correlate events and incidents for the management of IT services.
Common Tasks Could Include- Password resets within Active Directory
- Internet browser troubleshooting
- Layer 1 network connectivity troubleshooting
- DNS/IP address troubleshooting
- Root cause analysis of ongoing issues
- Email/Exchange issues
- Application install/troubleshooting
- Printer/network drive mapping
- Telephony issues
- Desktop workstation issues

Skills & Qualifications
Outside of clearance, certification, and skill set candidates must be aware that they are stepping into a "call center", "Help Desk", "Service Desk" oriented role. They will be required to be in office, at desk, in call queue taking incoming end‑user calls.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.26 – $33.65 per hour.
