• Managing PC setup and deployment for new hires using standard hardware, software, and images.
• Administering assignment of users and computers to respective business groups in Active Directory.
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide variety of hardware, connection, and software issues.
• Collaborating with authorized vendors to facilitate PC hardware repairs.
• Identifying and eliminating unauthorized software.
• Performing routine backup and restoration of files when required.
• Upholding a proactive stance on IT and customer support changes and initiatives.
• Participating in and managing tests for changing hardware and software standards.

• Prior IT experience in a business environment, with project management
• Proficiency in IT hardware and software including Windows Server OS, MS Office Suite, Asset Management, Microsoft Active Directory
• Strong data analysis and integration skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable plans or insights
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines – forward thinker.
• Innovative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply both standard and unique solutions to complex problems.
