What You’ll Do
We're looking for motivated Technology Engineers to join our Benefits & Protection Distribution IT team. In this role, you’ll support, implement, and enhance the technologies that keep our business running. You’ll work directly with internal and external partners to solve problems, provide excellent customer service, and ensure our systems are secure and reliable.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build technical expertise while making an impact on a high-performing team. We are open to December 2025 Graduates.
- Provide hands‑on support to business partners through calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across devices and applications.
- Collaborate with partners to identify needs, document requirements, and design solutions.
- Learn and contribute to the usability, security, and performance of supported systems.
- Independently research and apply solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite
- Laptops, desktops, iPads, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Device management tools (Microsoft Azure, Intune)
- Virtual desktops and Principal proprietary applications

Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience.
- Internship or professional experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call support and occasional overnight travel.
