Are you passionate about digitalization and want to actively shape the future of mobility? Are you proficient in using the Microsoft Power Platform and Excel? Then become part of our team in the Technology Center Sindelfingen and support us at PS/MX in the management of the allocation activities for our new vehicle generations (large- and midsize-cars) – with a special focus on the automation and analysis of digital processes!

You will help us to ensure the request and allocation capability to our suppliers. You will learn how we consistently track milestones and premises and use digital solutions with Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Apps to make our processes more efficient and data-driven.

These challenges come to you, among others:

• Support in the creation of decision templates for management and insights into project management, in particular by preparing complex data
• Cooperation in the management of allocation activities and collaboration with various departments such as development, controlling, sales, cost planning, logistics, and purchasing – here you identify and implement potentials for process automation
• Active participation in the development and implementation of methods and standards, especially with regard to the use and integration of the Microsoft Power Platform for efficient workflows
• Taking over office tasks, such as the creation of agendas, data extractions, and data tracking. Here you use your solid Excel skills for detailed analyses and the preparation of briefings for the strategic project management

Your activity can start in September/October 2026.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business engineering, business informatics, computer science, digital business, or comparable courses
• Fluent German language skills (C2 level) in speech and writing are required
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience in using the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power BI. Knowledge of other Power Apps is a big advantage
• Affinity for digitalization topics and AI applications
• You are analytical, communication-oriented, team-capable, and bring great enthusiasm for the automotive industry and digital innovations
