Research And Development Position

Our department (RD/XOX) is responsible for documenting product data in vehicle development. An ongoing project involves the standardization and digitization of processes. The focus is on the development and cross-departmental roll-out of a new IT tool.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementation and independent management of communication measures and campaigns
• Conception and creation of social intranet appearances and newsletters
• Collaboration with internal and international teams
• New development of the internal social media appearance for the roll-out of our IT tool
• Support of the project management in daily business
• Creation and maintenance of presentation and communication documents

The position can start in August 2026.

Qualifications required include:

• Degree in media and communication, communication design, media management or a comparable field
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Motivation, initiative, and commitment
• Very good communication and team skills
• Analytical and strategic way of thinking
• Knowledge in online communication
