IT Field Services Technician - Entergy River Bend Nuclear Plant
Location:
St Francisville, LA
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Field Services Technician
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain IT and network hardware, including workstations, servers, routers, switches, and networking devices
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and hardware replacements
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues onsite
- Support network hardware deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Ability to pass an extensive background check and random drug tests
- Good communication skills
- Ability to absorb training materials and successfully complete post-training tests
- Ability to support extended hours, outages, and emergency response situations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
