Our client, a leading organization in the technology and consulting sector, is seeking a Sr. Workday PRISM Consultant to join their team. As a Sr. Workday PRISM Consultant, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting the Powered Evolution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $80 - $100/hr on w2*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide oversight and lead execution of day-to-day activities for Workday managed services engagements across various post-production clients.
+ Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of scalable Workday solutions, including enhancements, optimizations, and new feature deployments.
+ Guide cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex Workday issues and implementing effective solutions, ensuring thorough documentation for knowledge continuity.
+ Manage onshore and offshore Workday Reporting teams by forecasting resource needs, balancing workloads, and fostering team development through mentoring and coaching.
+ Serve as a strategic advisor during sales pursuits and proposal development by leading client assessments and identifying optimization opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum five years of experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting with Workday integrations.
+ At least two years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
+ Required Workday certifications/skills in Workday Prism, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, and BIRT.
+ Deep expertise in Workday Reporting architecture and tools, with a proven track record of designing and optimizing reporting solutions.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
