Solutions Architect, Retail - CPG

The impact you will have

• Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for the company
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt the company as part of their strategy
• Implement the technical strategy within the account, closely aligning with the overarching plan
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• Align technical strategies around the company solutions
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members

• 5+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) accounts in the Retail and CPG space
• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity
• Technical background in big data, data science, and cloud
• Proficient in data‑driven business transformation and driving change with data
• 3+ years of design and implementation experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, No
  
  SQL, MPP, OLTP, OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions
• Experience maintaining and extending production data systems to evolve with complex customer needs
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java
• Nice to have: company Certification

Zone 2 Pay Range: $180,000 – $247,500 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range: $180,000 – $247,500 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range: $180,000 – $247,500 USD
