OLEThis role creates, manages, and maintains digital technical documentation, instructional videos, and AI-generated work instructions using Canvas and other digital tools. This position captures video of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, repairs, and service procedures, then uses AI technology to generate standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and technical documentation — reviewing all AI-generated content for technical accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency before release.

  2–4 years of experience in digital media, video production, technical documentation, training, or a related f

  High school diploma or GED required;
