Maintains, validates, reconciles, and supports district data used by operational and reporting systems. Performs data entry and transformation, investigates discrepancies, supports imports and exports, documents data definitions, and works with users and technical teams to improve accuracy and completeness.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of data operations, reporting, or application data support experience
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data quality, reconciliation, file imports/exports, privacy, and documentation
• High attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills. Student information or K–12 data experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
