Now Hiring: IT Support SpecialistTechnology supports every part of the M.S. Rau experience. As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll help keep the systems, devices, and technology behind our gallery and operations reliable, secure, and running smoothly.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people. You’ll provide day‑to‑day technical support across the organization, troubleshoot issues, maintain technology systems and equipment, and partner with the IT team to support employees and ongoing technology initiatives.

Your Role Will Include- Install and configure computer hardware, software, peripherals, and related IT systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues; resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, patching, firmware upgrades, and replacement of outdated equipment.
- Monitor and support security systems while following established data security and access‑control procedures.
- Provide timely, professional technical support to employees across all departments.
- Document incidents, resolutions, maintenance activities, and technical procedures.
- Create user‑facing technical documentation and provide training on new systems, software, and equipment.
- Research technical solutions and support implementation, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
- Manage company cellular devices and plans and coordinate with service providers as needed.
- Support physical access‑control systems and assigned user access administration.
- Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and collection and provisioning or deprovisioning of system, cellular, and access‑control accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, computer repair, or a similar technical role
- Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments and troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, customer‑service, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and handle confidential information with discretion
