IT Support Technician

Full‑time IT Support Technician – Manchester, IA. Join ITS (Infrastructure Technology Solutions) and provide onsite and remote technical support while advancing your career in IT. Competitive starting pay at $45,000 annually.

Provide remote and onsite break/fix support, diagnose and resolve computer and network issues, and assist with small projects. Deliver exceptional customer service, embodying integrity and professionalism.

A blend of technical and interpersonal skills: knowledge of Windows Desktop, Windows Server, general network support, mobile device support; three or more years of relevant experience or an AA degree in a related field; ability to take initiative on projects and exceed customer expectations; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft and A+ certifications are a valuable asset.
