About the Role

As our People Systems & Reporting Specialist
, you'll take ownership of Dayforce, our Safety System and other people systems, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and deliver value to the business.

You'll be responsible for system maintenance, optimisation, reporting, and analytics, helping leaders make informed decisions through accurate workforce data and insights. You'll also work closely with Payroll, IT, and internal stakeholders to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support continuous improvement across our People function.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising Dayforce, our Safety System and other People systems
  • Maintaining system configuration, user access, data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Building and delivering workforce reports, dashboards, and people analytics
  • Supporting system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
  • Providing system support, training, and guidance to employees and leaders
  • Partnering with Payroll, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve functionality
  • Supporting compliance and reporting requirements, including WGEA reporting

About You

You bring experience managing an HRIS, along with strong reporting and analytical skills. Experience with Dayforce will be highly regarded.

You're naturally curious, solutions-focused, and enjoy finding smarter ways of working. You have excellent attention to detail, can confidently manage competing priorities, and are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

You will also have:

  • Experience administering and optimising HR
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • An understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data governance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
