• Managing PC inventory using Service Now
• Conduct monthly ITAM and stockroom data validation.
• Update any movement of the devices in the asset management system of record.
• Manage stock levels based off run rate and adjust as needed for seasonal business needs.
• Ensure stock is compliant for deployment requirements.
• Inspect, wipe and prepare for return to central warehouse as required per company procedures.
• Facilitate advance replacement exchange from local stock when user is unable to work to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist deployment and reimaging of PCs
• Wiping returned PCs
• Reimaging and provision returned system to replenish good stock.
