DCS Coordinator

CF Industries is seeking a DCS Coordinator to manage and optimize distributed control systems supporting our software platforms. In this role, you will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot DCS environments, ensure high availability, and coordinate system updates and integrations. You will collaborate with developers, Dev Ops, and security teams to implement control logic, automate workflows, and maintain documentation and standards. The position involves performance tuning, incident response, root-cause analysis, and supporting continuous improvement in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize distributed control systems supporting core platforms
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot DCS infrastructure and control logic
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and integrations with related systems
• Collaborate with software, Dev
• Ops, and security teams on DCS changes
• Implement automation and monitoring to improve reliability and performance
• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and document resolutions
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, and configuration records
• Support compliance with security, backup, and recovery requirements
