Best Buy Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent) at our Harvey store provides technology support and repairs computers and devices. You’ll listen to customer needs, partner with other Geek Squad Agents, and troubleshoot following our procedures.
If you love tech, you’ll diagnose, repair, and document work, helping customers enjoy their devices. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are valued.
