Location: New Orleans
Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking an IT Desktop / Support Specialist to deliver first-level technical support across platforms and applications. You will train users and support Technicians, respond to help desk requests, and escalate complex issues.
On-site role in New Orleans, requiring 24/7 availability and strong communication skills. Candidates should have at least one year in technical support, a Bachelor’s-level education or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
