Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Information Warfare Specialist to support Information Operations (IO) planning and integration at the tactical and operational levels. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Military Information Support Operations (MISO)/Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Deception (MILDEC), with the ability to develop, coordinate, and assess information-related activities in support of operational objectives.
Experience supportingU.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), Combatant Command-level planning, and/or Marine Forces (MARFOR) organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, integrate, and coordinate Information Operations at the tactical and operational levels.
- Support MISO/PSYOP planning and execution, including target audience analysis, message development, and effects assessment.
- Support the planning and integration of MILDEC activities in accordance with established DoD processes.
- Develop information-related products, presentations, assessments, and recommendations for senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
- Analyze target audiences and information environments to support effective communication and operational objectives.
- Assess the effectiveness and impacts of information-related activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate complex information and ideas clearly and concisely through written, electronic, and verbal products.
- Collaborate with military, government, and other mission partners in support of operational planning and execution.
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Minimum of5 years of experience planning and integrating Information Operations (IO), with a strong emphasis on
MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC
at the tactical or operational level. - Verifiable experience and expertise in the
MISO/PSYOP planning process
. - Verifiable experience and expertise in the
MILDEC planning process
. - Experience conducting
Target Audience Analysis (TAA), message development, and effects assessment. - Demonstrated ability to communicate information and ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and effective products and presentations for a variety of audiences.
- ValidU.S. driver's license
. - ValidU.S. passport
. - Ability to obtain country-specific visas, as required, in accordance with theU.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide

- Graduation from a
DoD-approved MISO/PSYOP qualification course
. - Graduation from a
DoD-approved MILDEC planning course
. - Experience supporting the
SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). - Experience planning at the
Combatant Command level
. - Experience supporting
MARFOR
organizations. - Defense Language Program (DLP) 2/2 or greater Spanish language proficiency
. - Professional proficiency communicating information and ideas verbally in
English and Spanish
. - Professional proficiency communicating effectively in writing, as appropriate to the audience, through electronic or written media in
English and Spanish
. - Ability to create products and presentations that communicate ideas effectively and concisely in
English and Spanish

The selected candidate shall possess:
- U.S. TS/SCI security clearance — must possess the clearance or, at minimum, have an approved interim clearance as applicable.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- Country-specific visa(s), when required, in accordance with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.
- U.S. Citizens only. No visa sponsorship available.
