Requirements

Seven or more years in wealth management technology enablement, platform consulting, or advisor training
Hands‑on fluency across customer relationship management, portfolio management, custodial, and artificial intelligence‑enabled advisor tools
Record of driving measurable utilization lift across an advisor or user base, not just delivering training
Able to lead credible live demonstrations for prospective advisors in a competitive recruiting setting
Bachelor's degree required
