Job Description

Technical Advisor

Help students pick out the right technolgy for their major. Assist students with basic computers functions, such as logging into WiFi. Facilitate our repair program and our laptop loaner program.

Paid training is included.

Hourly Pay Rate: $13.00

Excellent verbal skills and outstanding English language skills. Other languages are a bonus.

Enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems.

Customer service background or a retail store background.

Understands technology well, and can help students understand how to use computers and iPads and software.

Ideal applicant will be in your first or second year of schooling at Tulane.

• Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
• A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
• Prior or active enrollment in a particular class or course of study (potentially)
• Prior, relative experience with or working knowledge of relative software, programs, and equipment
