This is a full-time, on-site Senior Trial Attorney role based in New Orleans, LA. The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling cases through all stages of the litigation process, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for trials, taking depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role includes collaborating with the legal team, building strong legal strategies, and upholding the firm’s values while advocating for clients.

• Proficiency in legal practice areas such as Law, with strong knowledge and expertise in litigation
• Experience in drafting and filing Motions, including legal arguments and documentation
• Familiarity with Courts, including court procedures, protocols, and administrative processes
• Experience in preparing witness examinations and conducting Trials effectively
• Ability to manage and perform Depositions with strong attention to detail and persuasiveness
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure to practice law
• Proven track record in personal injury litigation is a plus
