Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload in insurance defense, with a primary emphasis on premises liability matters
• Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to craft effective defense and trial strategies
• Draft, prepare, and deliver persuasive arguments in court, including motions, openings, examinations, and closings
• Partner with experts, witnesses, and fellow attorneys to build and present strong, well-supported cases
