Position OverviewOur team is currently looking for a Supply Chain Contract Administrator for one of our clients in the Oil & Gas Industry.
The Supply Chain Contract Administrator will support two Supply Chain teams with multiple work streams within the onsite Supply Chain Team to further optimize current work processes while enabling the onsite Supply Chain Team to focus on strategic delivery of the business objectives at the asset.
- Provide contract administration and operational support to multiple on-site Supply Chain teams across a range of work streams
- Support contract preparation, compliance activities, contractor onboarding, and competitive sourcing exercises
- Assist with accounts payable support, contract tracking, scheduling, and documentation management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely and compliant execution of supply chain activities
- Help improve and streamline supply chain processes to support asset-level business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in supply chain, contract administration, procurement, or operational support within energy environment
- Familiarity with contract documentation, compliance requirements, and contractor onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and supply chain or ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, or similar preferred)
