One of our leading clients is looking to expand their growing team with a Supply Chain Manager. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines deep operational supply chain expertise with strong data and analytics capability.
You will own end‑to‑end supply chain operations from procurement and demand planning through to warehousing, logistics, and distribution, while driving a data‑led approach to performance improvement, cost reduction, and operational resilience.
Supply Chain Manager | On‑Site in New Orleans, LA
This is a full‑time position, located on‑site in New Orleans, LA.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution
- Drive S&OP processes and cross functional alignment between sales, finance, and operations
- Develop demand forecasting models using historical data and sales inputs to optimize inventory and reduce stockouts
- Build and maintain advanced analytics dashboards tracking KPIs across OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance, and cost per unit
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop a resilient supply base
- Partner with Finance on cost models and business cases for process and capital investments
- Lead and develop a supply chain and logistics team
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills including Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Proven experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes
- Solid understanding of procurement, supplier management, and logistics operations
- Experience with ERP systems including Net Suite, SAP, or equivalent manufacturing ERP
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Python, R, or SQL for supply chain analytics and automation
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
