Join the largest HVAC company, Daikin Applied. We are looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the Value Management Team and drive measurable financial results through cross‑functional collaboration.

Hybrid, Plymouth, MN

What you will do
  • Lead and manage Supply Chain Compliance, Supplier Risk Management, and strategic sourcing programs.
  • Develop and execute program strategies, objectives, metrics, and governance processes to support business goals.
  • Assess, monitor, and mitigate supplier risks related to financial health, operational performance, quality, and business continuity.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, governance, and continuous improvement of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) process documentation, policies, procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices.
  • Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable process enhancements.
  • Support sourcing initiatives through market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFPs, project support, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Provide analytical support, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to support supply chain decision‑making and performance improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the ISC Training Program to strengthen organizational capabilities and employee development.
  • Manage the ISC Summer Intern Program, including recruiting support, onboarding, project assignments, mentoring, and talent pipeline development.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and early‑career talent growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, compliance, supply chain resilience, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong financial acumen, including savings validation, ROI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to influence decision‑making across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience leading enterprise cost reduction or value management programs.
  • Experience with in manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and procurement platforms (Coupa preferred).
  • Experience developing executive‑level reporting and portfolio governance.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
  • Experience facilitating executive steering committees and enterprise change initiatives.

Salary range: $100,800 - $171,700 in Minnesota, with up to 15% bonus. Typical pay rate: $135,000 - $140,000.
