Job Summary

Manages the daily activities associated with video poker and slots machine operations.

• Diagnose system problems effectively to maximize system utilization for operations.
• Support management in development of computerized system solutions to business opportunities and/or enhancing guest service.
• Maintain list of authorized users and application passwords.
• Monitor slot activities for adherence to Company policies and various gaming regulatory requirements.
• Maintain working relationships with outside vendors and system support personnel.
• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Slots Technicians.
• Control the daily activities associated with the operation and support of the Slot systems.
• Monitor system utilization, system maintenance, and report analysis. Ensure that service and availability levels are maintained.
• Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines on a scheduled basis.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License and Louisiana Gaming License.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and Licenses; or
• Equivalent experience; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
