Travel Centers of America - Up to $60000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead operations and marketing functions of the Travel Store/Convenience Store; staffing, training and development, general supervision of the staff, and improving profitability;
Recruit, hire, train and retain high-quality team members; coach and performance manage staff;
Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems;
Achieve financial objectives of the business through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes, including focus on revenue and profit components;
Oversee payroll, accounting, inventory and personnel documentation procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and compliance
