Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our New Orleans team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build strong leadership foundations while contributing to strategic initiatives across departments.
The Leadership Development Associate will participate in structured training, collaborate with senior leadership, and support cross-functional projects that drive performance, efficiency, and growth. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement into management and strategic leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Participate in leadership training programs focused on management, operations, and strategic planning
Support the execution of business development and brand growth initiatives
Assist in analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution
Contribute to internal process improvements and operational efficiency
Lead small team initiatives and gradually assume supervisory responsibilities
Maintain high standards of professionalism and organizational integrity
