Job Purpose and Impact

As the Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor, you'll lead a team in repairing, maintaining, and installing machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems. We're seeking a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of feed mills experience, mechanical and industrial maintenance expertise, including 4 years leading teams.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with other plant functions for seamless support.
• Ensure safety guidelines adherence for employee wellbeing.
• Prioritize and assign tasks based on established plans.
• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
• Lead, develop, and make decisions on talent management.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of related work experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing tasks across multiple maintenance disciplines.

Preferred:

• Feed mills experience.
