Overview
Position Summary:
This role involves coordinating job-related activities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous learning. The position includes providing supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding ethics and integrity.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support plans and initiatives.
- Identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability and measure progress.
- Identify and address improvement opportunities; demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous learning.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission and ethics and integrity standards.
- Apply Open Door Policy and provide guidance on applying policies in business processes and practices.
- Foster inclusive leadership, attract and retain talent, and empower and develop team members.
- Deliver customer-focused results, applying data-driven decision making and considering stakeholders in planning.
- Drive continuous improvement; embrace new technologies and support others through change.
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements: may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

The annual salary range is $65,000.00 - $. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include health coverage (medical, vision, dental), 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and other benefits described by the company.
