Location: Prairieville

This position is responsible for planning administrative, financial, and operational activities for the regional executive team, serving as the primary point of contact between top management, employees, and stakeholders. The role oversees high‑priority projects, aligns regional initiatives with system standards, and leads operational rhythms and strategic execution processes.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience
  • 5 years of related healthcare experience, including 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience (required).
  • Experience in project management and/or change management preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and information retrieval.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with Windows‑style applications, various software packages specific to the role, and keyboard use.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Job Duties
  • Work to increase the bandwidth of the regional leadership by concentrating their time, effort, and priorities on operational initiatives.
  • Lead the coordination, implementation, and execution of operational rhythms and processes in alignment with system standards.
  • Help establish accountability across regional teams by ensuring appropriate milestones and measurements are incorporated into business and project plans.
  • Drive cross‑functional initiatives and monitor the execution of regional change initiatives with senior leadership.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and outcomes through comprehensive communication plans and rhythms.
  • Synthesize analysis to deliver actionable, insightful, data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Serve as liaison to system shared services and support functions on behalf of the region.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Physical and Environmental Demands

Light work: occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, or negligible force constantly. The role requires significant walking or standing and may involve pushing or pulling of arm or leg controls. Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues, and employees are not required to perform emergency care or first aid.

Exposure to hazardous medications or waste may occur depending on job duties.
