We’re seeking a General Manager to take charge of operations and drive success. In this role, you’ll inspire and develop a team to deliver outstanding results while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Build a Winning Team
  :
  Attract, recruit, train, and develop attendants, key holders, and an assistant general manager to foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Lead with Excellence
  :
  Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, labor costs, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and overall business performance.
• Drive Business Growth
  :
  Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and boost sales.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance
  :
  Uphold company policies and legal requirements, and train staff on safety procedures to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
• Handle Administrative Duties
  :
  Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and life cycle recruiting, while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Bring:

• Leadership Experience
  : 4+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
  :
  The ability to connect with team members and guests, fostering a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.
• Business Acumen
  : A strategic mindset to effectively manage operations and identify growth opportunities.
• Adaptability
  :
  Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Educational Background
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
