Position Summary
Recruit, develop, and oversee qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth. Coordinate and complete job‑related activities, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Identify goals and objectives, build accountability for progress, and measure results. Address improvement opportunities, demonstrate adaptability, and promote continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing effort.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity, foster belonging, and create a supportive workplace.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results, applying EDLP/EDLC business models, and making data‑driven decisions.
- Show integrity by modeling Walmart values, acting selflessly, and supporting the company’s regenerative goals.

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.

Minimum Qualifications- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
