Assistant Manager (Affordable Housing)
Location:
New Orleans, LA
Pay:
Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (occasional on-call responsibilities)
Flex Force Pros is seeking an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of an affordable senior housing community in the New Orleans area.
Responsibilities- Assist with the daily management of the property
- Collect rent and process leasing paperwork
- Maintain resident files and ensure HUD compliance
- Assist with annual recertifications and inspections
- Prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with resident services and management teams
- Provide outstanding customer service to senior residents
- Previous property management experience preferred
- HUD or affordable housing experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and property management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for serving senior residents
