The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support the organization’s strategic objectives. Working under the guidance of senior project managers and portfolio leadership, this role partners with business and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while following EPMO standards and governance. This position is ideal for individuals who have foundational project management experience and are looking to grow their leadership, communication, and delivery skills.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, from Idea through Implementation and Closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Monitor project health and provide timely status updates to project sponsors, stakeholders, and EPMO leadership.
- Identify project risks and issues and elevate when appropriate while recommending mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among business partners, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track project budget, resource utilization, and key milestones.
- Ensure project documentation complies with EPMO standards and governance requirements.
- Assist in preparing executive presentations and steering committee materials.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college) required.
- 1–3 years of project management, project coordination, business analysis, or related experience.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred.
