Requirements
- 8–15 years' experience in leadership development, organisational development, HR business partnering and/or operational leadership.
- Ability to build credibility with senior managers quickly.
- A strong understanding of effective management practices.
- Act as a senior Performance & Leadership coach, helping managers improve performance practices through observing, coaching, challenging, and providing practical support.
- Be part of a performance enablement team, working together with the Performance Management Lead and HR Excellence Lead.
- Help increase manager capability in performance management practices so that it becomes a normal management practice.
