The Administrative Program Manager serves as Program Manager, Land Manager, and Grants Manager for the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority–West Bank, overseeing land rights, litigation, legislative activities, and grant management across three member levee districts. The role works closely with the Authority General Counsel and manages complex GIS systems, contracts, agreements, and budget recommendations related to flood protection infrastructure.
Key qualifications- Five years of experience in administrative services, OR equivalent education and work experience combinations
- Experience with land rights, litigation, or grant management
- Proficiency with complex GIS mapping systems
- Strong research and report-writing abilities
- Knowledge of state budget processes and federal/state grant requirements
