Trek Store Elmwood is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's Service Center. You will own workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while acting as the primary service advisor and aligning service with sales.
You will train your team, engage with customers to Recommend the right service, manage costs, write a majority of work orders, and ensure smooth operations as both service and sales work together.
