As the Clinical Engineering Site Manager You'll Own the System Behind Patient Care
You’ve led teams. You’ve managed complexity. Now take full ownership of a clinical engineering operation where your decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact.
What You’ll Do- Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
- Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
- Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
- Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
- You take responsibility for outcomes—financial, operational, and human.
- You can walk into a complex environment and quickly see what needs to change.
- You develop people on purpose, not by accident.
- You’re as credible in a boardroom conversation as you are with a technician on the floor.
This is true ownership—you’ll lead a business within a business, with P&L responsibility and real influence. We expect you to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and build something better than what you inherited.

- 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
- Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
- Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
