Mitigation Project Manager

We're looking for a Mitigation Project Manager to join our St. Rose team!

• $58k starting annual salary based on experience

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator

• Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
• Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Very strong organizational and time management skills
• Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free
