Assistant Branch Manager

(New Orleans, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager responsible for supporting branch operations, personnel, customer service, and compliance.

• Supports daily branch operations, including deposits, loans, transactions, cash management, and account opening.
• Supervises, trains, schedules, and supports branch personnel.
• Ensures compliance with banking policies, procedures, regulations, and security requirements.
• Assists with audits, reporting, performance management, and branch business objectives.
• Resolves customer concerns and maintains a professional customer-service environment.
• Supports business development and community relations activities.
• Oversees branch facilities, safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of financial institution experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, and motivate employees.
• Customer-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and banking systems.

• Ability to lift and carry coin bags weighing approximately 30 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and hear effectively.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
