You will own throughput, quality, scheduling, procurement, and the performance and development of the shop team, while partnering with ownership on branch financial performance and eventual P&L responsibility.
This is a working leadership role requiring presence on the shop floor and comfort discussing both technical and commercial aspects of every job.
