Location: New Orleans
- Works with all crews to ensure the same level of quality is maintained
- Ensures that all safety policies are enforced
- Works with the Operations Manager to maximize crew routes and hours
- Monitors the quality of work by routinely inspecting job sites
- Trains and develops team members in proper horticulture and equipment techniques
- Manages crew equipment inventory and repair issues
- Communicates effectively via phone, email, text and face to face meetings with clients, vendors and internal team member
- A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style
- Degree in Horticulture or a related major is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Spanish a plus
- Strong horticulture knowledge and license is preferred
- Three to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm
- Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience a plus
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize
- Must have a valid Drivers License
