General Manager (GMIT) – McDonald's (independent franchise)

ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This includes:
- Setting restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and creating plans to achieve them.
- Leading a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a high‑performing team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
- Must be 18 years or older.
