The Electrical Engineering Manager reports to the Director of Relay Engineering and helps lead a cohesive team of relay protection and control design professionals, including drafters, designers, and engineers. This position is one of two engineering managers that share responsibility for the successful day-to-day operations of the department as well as business planning, strategy execution, and internal collaboration across various groups and stakeholders to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company.
