Daily Responsibilities:

Lead all maintenance activities with a focus on safety and process reliability
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance processes
Improve key performance indicators and maintenance functions
Develop and train associates, participate in capital projects
Ensure department budget cost effectiveness and compliance with policies

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in an industrial setting
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC programming
Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methods
Ability to manage capital projects and achieve business goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits :

Compensation: Salary range of $106,000-$150,000 based on experience
