• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience
• 7+ years of required work experience
• Microsoft Office and SAP technical skills
• Master's degree preferred
• Field of Study Preferred:
  Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering or other related discipline

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line
• Provide direction and oversight to managers to achieve business objectives
• Support the region in achieving overall P&L targets
• Develop staffing plans and manage personnel
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and provide quality customer service
